Cultural Consultation Services
We offer Iu Mien cultural consultation services to local busineses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to provide the insight into the Iu Mien communities, to help organizations effectively reach this population.
Our consultation fee is $125 per hour.
Interpretation Services
We provide interpretation services via phone, video conference, and in-person onsite.
Our interpretation services fee schedule is as follows:
Legal - $125.00 per hour
Government, Medical, School, and Social Services - $95.00 per hour
Tele-Interpretation - Minimum hour per job requirement is 1.0 hour.
On-site Interpretation – Minimum hour per job requirement is 2.0 hour plus mileage.
Translation Services
We offer both oral and written translations in Iu Mien language to help organizations communicate with the Iu Mien communities.
Our translation services fee schedule is as follows:
Legal - $0.50 per word
Government, Medical, School, and Social Services - $0.35 per word
Translation Rate: 200-300 words per hour
Editing Fee:
Legal - $0.50 per word
Government, Medical, School, and Social Services - $0.35 per word
Editing Rate: 200-300 words per hour
Large Project Discounts:
15% Discount for projects of 25,000 words or more
10% Discount for projects with 10,000 to 24,999 words
Rush Services:
$300 - Up to 10,000 words
$600 - More than 10,000 words
Cultural & Language Relevant Audio/Video Services
We offer audio recording for voiceover on videos as well as audio instructions for device user manuals.
Our audio recording fee schedule is as follows:
Voice Talent Rate - $505 for the first hour and $148 for each additional half hour.
Recording & Editing Technician Rate - $125 per hour (minimum 1 hour booking, which includes setup, recording, postproduction such as cut, normalization, formatting, and exporting)
Recording Rate: 700-900 words per hour
Rush Services:
$300 - Up to 10,000 words
$600 - More than 10,000 words

*Payment via credit cards are subject to a 3% convenience fee. We encourage our customers to arrange for payments via ACH or Bitcoin to avoid this 3% convenience fee. You can setup ACH transfer from any payment processor that you use.
